This is my story about how I found two solutions (Artic White & NutraBrite Teeth Whitening) to whiten my teeth, almost for free. I’ve been confused by all the alternatives available and I’ve for a long time been longing for whiter teeth. I found out about teeth whitening at home in a CNN report of all places. With the home solution I were able to whiten my teeth at home whenever I wanted.

Why were my teeth yellow and stained?
My teeth weren’t always so terrible. As a kid I hardly had any cavities and after a couple months of braces they were, pretty perfect, I have to say. But I started smoking at the end of high school. I knew it was bad for you, but I didn’t realize the toll it would take on my teeth. I quit smoking on my 30th birthday but my teeth never really recovered. I have a weakness for coffee and drink a lot of soda too. I also worked freelance so had no dental coverage. Let’s face it, going in for a professional cleaning is expensive. Sure I brushed twice a day, but the years of smoking, plus all those fizzy drinks and espressos really affected my teeth. I tried all those different whitening toothpastes, but nothing seemed to work. Take a look at that before picture - pretty gross, right?

One night I was watching CNN when I saw something that would change my life. After trying so many different kinds of whitening toothpastes, you’d never guess that the solution would be found in a CNN report, but that’s exactly what happened. I saw a segment about this famous dentist in New York City. He was discussing the latest tooth whitening products that you can do from your own home. The advancements in modern products were pretty incredible and, as is the case with so many effective new products, you can’t buy them in stores.
He told the reporter that he had tried some of these new products and his teeth lightened up to five shades. He tested 25 volunteers and the range went from a five shade difference to nearly nine shades lighter! That sounded pretty good to me!
